We offer boxing classes for everyone, including boxing classes for kids, amateur boxing classes & competitive boxing classes.

Our classes are designed around proven techniques and training regimes that help boxers achieve their best. We offer boxing classes for all different levels of ability so you can improve your fitness. We will help you find the perfect class for your level of fitness and the physical goal you want to achieve. The training regimes that the staff at SouthCity Boxing & Fitness have crafted are designed to give you well-rounded fitness. They incorporate boxing cardio with strength and conditioning training, so you can get an entire workout.

We advise arriving at least 10 minutes before your class starts.

You'll definitely need a water bottle and we recommend using hand wraps.

We do have some gloves available but we encourage you to use your own.
